So Hoppy Together

WOW! I got a really last start playing with this stamp set. Better late than never they say 🙂

Creating this scene was a lot of fun! I really had to think about how I could pull it all together. I went digging through my stamp sets and came out with everything I needed to make it work.

For the frog I used So Hoppy Together, the sky I used Waterfront, the squirrel, mushrooms, tree stump, Hi There! and the flowers I used Hedgehugs and for the grass I used two stamps sets – High Tide and Daisy Delight. Whew! Think that is enough stamps LOL

For the flowers I used the Real Red and Garden Green Write Markers and colored the stamp so I could get the flowers red and the leaves and stem green. For one card that was fun but to mass produce maybe not so much 🙂

I did have a hard time deciding what color card base I wanted to use. So off I went to ask my friends on my business page what color I should use. This is the choices I gave them:
Basic Grey
Early Espresso
Mint Macaron
Tranquil Tide
Garden Green
Mossy Meadow
Blueberry Bushel
Night Of Navy
Real Red
The majority went with red which I always love! One person though had a great idea. Catie Palmer suggested Real Red for a mat and Tranquil Tide as the card base. Catie you were spot on! I love the combo you came up with so I ran with it. Thank you! I also used the Subtle Embossing folder on the Real Red and loved how it adds some dimension to it all. On the inside I just stamped the flower with the heart. It is so cute!

I hope you like this card!
