Lovely Lattice

I have never done any stamping or coloring on black cardstock. After trying it all I can say is WOW! I love it! This is my very first attempt and even though I am not 100% satisfied with it I still wanted to showcase it. I want a reference of where I started to see how I improve over time 🙂

I was not going to get Lovely Lattice but I saw so many pretty cards being made with it that I just had to give it a try and I am so glad I did.

Rick D. Adkins did this card and did a much better job at coloring it. I will give it another go if not a few more. I pretty much followed what Rick did with his. Being the glitter girl that I am I had to add Wink of Stella to it 🙂 It is hard to see in the pictures but you can see in in the middle picture.

Enjoy!

  1. Your coloring is really good. It’s all about the layers when coloring and the amount of pressure you start out with. You don’t want to fill the tooth of the paper the first go around. Nice job and thanks
